Sonya and Mirabelle had been living on a non-working farm in Northern California for about two years, but the owner of the land did not want them there anymore. Their options were to sell them into the food industry, or find them a home. That's when their people have reached out to us. At the end of April they hit the road and made it safely to Texas. Sonya and Mirabelle have both settled into the love and peace here at AFS and are spending their days soaking with Rufus at their forever home.
